Cost depends on the building, the site, and how much of the work has to happen around a live operation. You get a rough order of magnitude at the first meeting, a real budget during preconstruction — while the design can still respond to it — and no move to construction until the number is one you can plan around. We price clinics, dental suites and medical offices as the drawings develop rather than handing you a bid at the end.

Entitlements, permitting and long-lead materials usually drive the calendar more than field work does. We sequence all three during preconstruction, flag the lead-time risks while there is still room to plan around them, and set a schedule before construction starts — then report progress against it weekly.
