Yes. We plan work in occupied and multi-tenant buildings around business hours, shared entrances, parking and neighboring tenants, and keep the site clean and secure between shifts.

Cost depends on the building, the site, and how much of the work has to happen around a live operation. You get a rough order of magnitude at the first meeting, a real budget during preconstruction — while the design can still respond to it — and no move to construction until the number is one you can plan around. We price offices, professional buildings and tenant improvements as the drawings develop rather than handing you a bid at the end.

Entitlements, permitting and long-lead materials usually drive the calendar more than field work does. We sequence all three during preconstruction, flag the lead-time risks while there is still room to plan around them, and set a schedule before construction starts — then report progress against it weekly.
